In May research firm Antenna estimated Apple TV+ had about 20 million subscribers and Apple CEO Tim Cook said on latest earnings call Apple TV+ hit a quarterly record for revenue. Prices for streaming services have risen steadily in recent months. The Apple stock price closed up 0.68% on the day after the news. While offering a discount to subscribers will hurt profit margins for Apple TV+ streaming services, new bundles most likely will attract more subscribers that will result in increase in total revenue and hence is bullish for Apple stock price.
