Australia’s retail sales declined in October: the Australian Bureau of Statistics reported Australia’s retail sales declined by 0.2% over month in October after 0.9% growth in previous month, when an 0.1% increase was forecast. Only one constituent of retail trading – namely food retailing - recorded growth over previous month while household goods retailing, clothing, footwear and personal accessory retailing, department stores and other retailing declined. This is bearish for Australian dollar and hence AUDUSD. However AUDUSD current setup is bullish.
